“CONNECTION: OUR DEEPEST DESIRE AND OUR GREATEST FEAR”.

                                              - LAURENCE HELLER, PhD.

My approach is to embrace what it means to be human, we are perfectly imperfect. Our inner world can feel just as confusing as the outer world, I whole heartedly believe each person has an inherent capacity to heal the wounds of their past. With willingness to change, curiosity, and a safe space we can find out what's getting in the way of what you want most for yourself. When we address whats getting in the way, we begin to feel what has always been underneath it, Connection and Wholeness.
